Reggie has been captured!

Previously posted that Steve Irwin's team might come over to LA to help capture Reggie the alligator. But Reggie the alligator has been captured and brought over to LA Zoo today.

It was reported in the news that Reggie has left the lake and came on the ground today. When the park rangers saw Reggie came on the grassy area twice last week, they set a trap with chicken as bait. Today, Reggie came out of the lake and went straight for the bait, activating the trap door and caught him inside the 300sqft fenced trap. With the help of the local firemen, Reggie was removed from the trapped fence area and brought onto the truck heading out for LA Zoo.
