Ko Ryo Jung Korean BBQ @ Torrance

This is like the 4th time we've been to this Korean restaurant. Both of us loves Korean style cooking, especially their BBQ. The first time, our cousins took us here for a dinner, and we like the place because the food was great. We went back a couple more times by ourselves. But the last time we went was when I was still pregnant, probably in my last trimester. After the baby came, this was the first time we went back.

It was almost 1.5 years since we've visited this restaurant. The service style has changed a little as we've seen it. Before, they served a lot of small dishes, now they still do but missing a few plates salads. The prices have gone up a little too. Before, at the end of each meal we were given green tea ice-cream, but now we had to ask for it.

We ordered, as seen below in the picture, a plate of beef and shrimps. We like to cook the dishes ourselves but not this time as we have a little one with us. Don't want to get the smokey smell on our clothings. We requested for them to cook the dishes in their kitchen and served us the cooked dishes instead. They are so delicious. We gobbled up all the food on the tables including the rice, soup and side dishes. Makes me hungry typing up this post.

We may not return again so soon as the price is kinda high for a regular family like us as dinner. Cost about $50 (tips included) for this meal. We may look for another Korean place to go to the next time. But at this place, the food is definitely good but a little pricey.

Ahhh looks yummy! I love Korean food. I've been to South Korean and loved their BBQ spicy pork dish. :P
