Find the cheap ISP Provider

I know I wouldn't be able to survive without high speed internet and if I ever moved away, I probably have to find a new provider and compare to get the lowest price. Currently, I have DSL service from AT&T. So far, they are alright. But I am getting to the point that DSL is slow. May be I need to upgrade to cable internet service soon.
