Factory Outlet Mall at Carlsbad
Where do we shop besides online? We go to factory outlet malls. There are a few in the vicinity of Los Angeles.
Today I am posting on Carlsbad Premium Outlet located south from Los Angeles, between LA and San Diego off 5 FWY. It is more than an hour and a half drive from our place. Last week when we drove down there, it took us 1.5 hr but the returning trip took us 3 hours because there was an accident on 405 at Costa Mesa after 55 FWY.
This place has a nice weather with ocean breeze since is close to the beach. However, there are not as many shops as the Chelsea Premium Outlet at Camarillo and Desert Hills but enough for you to spend your wallet if the shops are what you looking for. They even have a Lacoste outlet selling their cloths below retail prices. Their regular polo shirt was selling for $53 at this store. We initially wanted to buy but didn't find the color we like, so we walked out the shop empty handed.
But we did some shopping at Gap Kids as well as Gap for adults. I bought a GAP backpack for myself for under $10. We spent about an hour there after having lunch at an European Restaurant nearby. Will blog about the restaurant later.
