Hofs Hut @ Torrance

It was my first time at this restaurant. We passed by this outlet many many times but never once we tried it. It is along the way to Sam's club which we visit every week to purchase gallon whole milk for my son.

Hubby decided we should give this place a try. He has been there a long long time back and hasn't remember anything about this place. We stopped by for a late breakfast and early lunch. Parking was OK. Got ourselves a spot.

Upon entering the restaurant, I saw the bakery section. I am a big bakery fan. Saw all the cakes and muffins on the glass display shelves. They looked so yummy. We were seated very fast. While waiting, one customer was complaining about one of the waiter to the manager. Couldn't really hear what he was complaning about but he was really upset about something. The manager was trying to calm him down. We were brought to a booth table on another section away from the confrontation.

Brandon was given a set of crayon and a coloring page with the kid's menu as well. Service was OK, because we waited very long for Brandon's meal. It was the last to arrive, which I thought should have come first instead. We orderred him 3 pancakes with bacons. He ate 1 pancake and we finished the rest for him. Hubby orderred himself a petite salad and soup combo, came with a blueberry muffin. I got myself a pork chop with 2 ranch eggs and a blueberry muffin too. The pork chop was good!
