My cousin's food service business

A cousin has just invested in a food service business in Lakewood. It is a fast food Chinese restaurant. He has been looking for a business opportunity for a while. Luckily, he has started to look for low interest restaurant loans at the same time. Because when they saw this particular store they were able to submi an offer immediately with the loan pre-approval and the offer was accepted the next day. They are now in escrow and about to close in 2 weeks.

Once they take over the business, I will drop by and take some pictures of this fast food place and blog about it. Hopefully I can bring in some clients for him through my blog.
