I need a new credit card

Remember I've recently cancelled one of my Visa card with Amazon.com because their customer service wasn't up to my standard? It was the first time I've missed a payment and they didn't want to waive the fee. It was for a balance of only $26 and they charged me $15 for the late payment. I don't mind paying the finance charges but not the late fee. I remember I was able to waive a late fee with another credit card. But anyway ...

Now I am here to shop for another new credit card to replace that particular one. I am looking into a card that has no fee balance transfer, 0% interest rate for the first year, and if there are any signing up promotion.

I still remember when I started college here in USA, I didn't have any credit score and wasn't able to apply to any credit card because I have no credit history. Then one day, AT&T Universal Card came to my college and I applied to it and got approved. I was so happy and had used that card whenever I could. The card was replaced last year with a CITI Dividend card and then later in the same year, it was cancelled. But it was this card that initially helped me to build my credit history.
