Cozymel's Mexican Grill @ Manhattan Beach

Cozymel's is one of the Mexican Restaurant we love to visit. It is located on 2171 Rosecrans in El Segundo, West of 405. We love the salsa and chips. It has a sport bar with TVs. We are not alcohol drinkers ourselves so we usually just go over to their regular restaurant seating.

Usually we go there for lunch as we seldom eat out for dinner. Their lunch can last me till dinner and usually I don't eat another meal after this. The interior seating in this restaurant is very roomy. There are a few section in the restaurant. I've seen a few times that part of the restaurant was blocked off from regular patrons for party reservation.

Waiters and waistressed are always very friendly. Chip and salsa always been refilled without asking. Sometimes I snacked on the chips until I was too full for the entrée. I also love their Chicken Tortilla Soup which we didn't order this time. Instead, we had the Pork Rostisado and a 2 Combo items - a soft chicken taco and a pork tamale. Both meals were served with refried bean and Mexican rice. My son loves the rice and beans.

If you are in the South Bay area and looking for Californian style Mexican meal, try Cozymel's. Prices are reasonable, our tab usually comes out to be less than $30, not including tips.
