Back to School Shopping

School will start in less than two weeks. It means summer is over and the school season is back. I know many parents are still shopping for back to school clothing, bags, shoes, stationeries, and others. My boy is 18 months now and by next year, I will be rushing like other parents to buy the school needs for my boy as I am ready to start him for early pre-school. Like most parents, I will be doing most of my boy’s school shopping online. Why, you may ask. Well, I will be able to do my shopping whenever I want and I don’t have to worry about a toddler tagging along with me in the crowd. I get to avoid the commute and spend more time with my toddler and family. On top of that, I can get better deals as well, by using free online coupons and occasionally I can avoid paying sales tax. Sometimes, if I am lucky, I will be able to find a free shipping coupon as well.

Last month, my cousin in-law asked me where she could get some deals for shoes for her 4-years-old girl. I told her to look into Amazon.com coupon, as there is a $20 of $80 off any shoes purchase and by using the coupon codes she could save some money on the things she needed to buy anyway. Another friend asked me where she can get cheap school clothing for her kids, and I told her to check out Old Navy coupons, she may be able to find some extra saving on Old Navy already low price clothing.

So parents, be smart while you shop. Don’t pay retail pricing. Save some money. If you haven’t finished your back to school shopping for your kids, remember there are always coupon codes available online.
