Last minute trip to San Diego

I know a lot of people come up with last minute plans or trip. It is exciting but yet sometimes is difficult to get hotel room if you plan it too late. For me, I would prefer to make advance planning, but I can't say for the others.

My friend had recently planned a short visit to San Diego over a weekend just two days before the trip. He had a friend visiting from out of state and would like to bring her to the Wild Animal Park and San Diego Zoo. He made the decision last minute because he can't figure out where else to bring her around LA. Lucky for him, he was able to book a last minute San Diego hotels room for one night.

He called me after his trip and told me that they took a lot of pictures and the weather was good. Not too hot, that's his main concern because it wouldn't be too exciting if you need to walk hours under the bright hot sun. Glad they had fun on their short notice trip.
