Amazon.com Visa Credit Card

I've just canceled my Amazon.com visa credit card. Why? Because I was penalized for not receiving their statement and not making a payment for the last month. I was penalized for an extra $15 plus $1 finance charge for a balance of $27.00.

I spoke to all their supervisors and none of them was able to waive the late charge fee even though I have a clean record of not having any late payment since I becane their card holder back in 2003. Some credit card companies were able to waive the late fee for first time if your payment history was good. I was very disappointed with Amazon Chase Visa Card. I cancelled my card with them today.
