Paris out of jail already?

Heard the news this morning that Paris Hilton is out of LA country jail. She has been in the jail for 3 days for her supposedly 23 days term. The 26 years old hotel heiress is now staying at home in Hollywood Hills, under house arrest for 40 days, with a GPS anklet bracelet to track her location. This means no clubbing, no outing, no attending function for 40 days. People are speculating it is because of the staph infection but her spokesman denied it.
