Invest in Las Vegas Real Estate

Las Vegas is approximately 4.5 hours drive from my place, Los Angeles. It is even nearer if you are staying in the San Bernadino area. It may only takes 3 hours. It is a great city where you can have tonnes of fun and enjoy the delicious buffets offer by the hotel casinos.

Anyway, as many of you knew the real estate market in Los Angeles area is too crazy. Median price home in this area is around $550,000. That is ridiculous. How can someone able to afford the mortgage at this price?

If I get the chance, I may invest in Las Vegas Real Estate and rent out the property. By that, I will still be owning a real estate but at a lower price. On top of that, I have tenants to help me with the mortage.
