Increase in First Class Postage
I thought it was not too long ago when the first class postage went up from 37 cents to 39 cents. I heard the news yesterdat that another hike in the rate is coming our way. It will be another 2 cents. The new 41 cents first class rate will be effective on May 14th 2007. Postcard rate will increase from 24 cents to 26 cents.

I also read in the news abt ur Fed Reserve but they left rates unchanged this time, right? POstal charges here increases every single year .. grrrr!!!
grace: yea ... but the fed res always up and down. our mortgage rate is around 6% which is pretty low considering in early 1990s, the rate was like above 12%.
